The technician sent to me was very professional and took the time to answer all of our questions and has shown a lot of patience with us. Our keyless entry locks that were installed are so much better than trying to find my house keys while carrying grocery bags, car keys and other items I may carry at the same time. Live in a very old building. I had a lot of problem with the locks that were installed at least 30 years ago. less than 5 min after being on the phone with the dispatcher, fast! He regrettably informed me it would be about 2
hours before he could make it and just as I was about to complain he laughs and says he is only kidding and is
actually 10 minutes away and counting. That immediately put a smile on my face I must admit. I'm glad I didn't get
